A series of 7 conferences on Boundary and Interior Layers were
held worldwilde from 1980 to 1994 every two years.
After a break of 8 years, it has been decided to restart the series.
A BAIL conference took place in Perth, Australia, from July 8-12, 2002; the last conference was in Toulouse, France, from July 5-9, 2004. The most important information about the last conference, you can look up the web-site http://www.cert.fr/colloques/bail2004/
In 2006, a BAIL Conference will be organized in Göttingen, Germany,
